Working in partnership with a lead clinician and the support of a clinical coordinator you will provide clinical and operational leadership to a multi-disciplinary team of clinicians.

The Opportunity
The Clinical Team Leader role has responsibility for a multidisciplinary team of mental health clinicians. The role includes both a clinical and leadership/management component, reporting to the Service Clinical Director and Operations Manager and working collaboratively with the Lead Clinicians and clinical coordinator.
The multi-disciplinary team is made up of mental health professionals from the disciplines of psychiatry, psychology, social work, occupational therapy, psychotherapy, nursing and cultural advisors.
Important Skills
The position requires a self-motivated and conscientious leader with a strong clinical and service user focus. You will relish the challenges and enjoy working in a supportive environment. You will have a positive attitude, flexibility and a proven ability to form good relationships with staff, service users and their families/whanau. You will work collaboratively at a senior clinical level with clients, colleagues, mental health service providers, and other community agencies to promote service user recovery.
We welcome applications from experienced NZ registered Mental Health Nurses, Clinical Psychologists, Registered psychotherapists Occupational Therapists and Social Workers. A full and clean driver's license is required.
