About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented PACS/RIS Administration Support worker to join our dedicated Radiology team at Te Toka Tumai Auckland. You will play vital role in supporting clinical staff and clinical research teams with radiology image management using the critical IT systems that underpin our high-quality radiology services —PACS (Picture Archiving Communication System) and RIS (Radiology Information System).

A key aspect of the role involves using multiple systems and tools to facilitate image availability and support patient care, with a particular focus on data quality and record keeping.

About the Team/Service

You will work closely with team leaders and collaborate with both clerical and clinical radiology staff to provide multidisciplinary support across the department.

To be successful in this role you will have

• Strong computer skills, preferably with experience in a hospital or radiology facility
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage sensitive patient data with integrity
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
