Seeking a highly skilled Personal Assistant to join our Clinical Support Directorate to provide administrative support to the Directorate Leadership Team at Te Toka Tumai. The primary goal of this role is to enable the Directorate Leadership Team (DLT)to operate with maximum efficiency and effectiveness in alignment with the organisation's strategic objectives.
In this role, you will provide administrative assistance to 3-4 functional leaders within the DLT.
To excel in this position, you must possess strong organisational skills, have a track record of working in a complex and fast-paced environment, have stellar communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.
